Pass Guarantee and Policy on Refund

The Pass Guarantee states that if you don't pass your licensing exam we extend your subscription until you do pass. A refund will not be issued if a subscriber has taken more than three massage exams. Also, subscriber's who clear their exams in the member's area, forfeit the right to a refund.
